No need to take extensive notes in class! – almost every detail you need is in the books.  The outlines you receive for most classes list the step name and page of every lesson covered each week.

You will have detailed instructions and pictures to guide your practice at home.

You can review and refine exercises we have passed in class that you know need more work, or that you missed for some reason.

If you miss a week of class, you can use your books to do the lesson on your own.
